Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The research manuscript has not been previously published and has not been submitted to any other event for consideration.
   

2. Doctoral program colloquium participants must submit their research abstract through the Open Conference System designated by the organizing committee.

3. Doctoral program colloquium participants agree to make the payment as specified in amount and deadline if their research abstract is accepted by the organizing committee.
4. Doctoral program colloquium participants whose abstracts have been accepted by the committee agree to upload proof of payment, the full proposal paper document, and the presentation file in the Supplementary Materials section provided in the Open Conference System.
   

5. The full proposal paper document should be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect format, with a length of 10–15 pages (or as required, including references). It should be formatted on A4 paper with 1.5 line spacing and use Times New Roman font, size 12pt.

6. The research document or research findings disseminated in the colloquium should include the objectives, methodology, preliminary results (if any), and an initial discussion.

7. The research presentation document to be disseminated should be in PowerPoint, Slideshow, or PPT format, with a minimum of 5 slides and a maximum of 15 slides. The presentation will last 15 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.

b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
